来自意大利的Chef Alfredo Russo,受邀在8月31日至9月2日期间,于The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur的The Brasserie餐厅呈现一次特殊的用餐体验。他以诠释意大利现代高端餐饮烹饪风格著称,他的料理集创新与高雅于一身,奢华精致又叫人惊喜连连。

值得一提的是,Chef Alfredo Russo特别将他著名的特色开胃菜,牡蛎冰淇淋纳入4道菜午餐和6道菜晚餐的菜单中。4道菜午餐的价格为338令吉和438令吉(搭配酒),在9月1日和2日限量供应;6道菜晚餐价格为438令吉和588令吉(搭配酒),从8月31日开始至9月2日限时供应。

来自意大利的厨师CHEF ALFREDO RUSSO

出身于意大利北部名为都灵的城市,Chef Alfredo Russo年仅22岁时就开设了自己的第一间餐厅Dolce Stil Novo。他在3年内就赢得米其林餐厅的美誉,之后还被意大利顶级美食指南《L’Espresso》授予“意大利最优秀年轻厨师”

2008年,餐厅搬到被列入世界文化遗产的维纳利亚皇宫,也是第一家兼唯一一家设立在皇宫内的餐厅。2011年他带领餐厅获得国际五星钻石大奖,意大利旅游局俱乐部(The Italian Touring Club)也在2013年宣布将餐厅纳入指南中。
